In the first day of trekking tours in Sapa, you will trek a long way to villages along Muong Hoa stream such as Lao Chai village, Tavan village, Giang Ta Chai village. You will see different minority people in every villages in colourful clothes made by local people. It is so fantastic to view the paddle fields and people working on the mountain path.
Get started: Trekking Travel's taxi takes you to Hanoi Railway Station for the night train to get to Laocai Station. Sleep on the train, solf sleeper with air condition.
Day 1: Sapa trekking tour, Trek to visit Lao Chai & Ta van (B/L/D)
Arrival at Lao Cai station at 6:00am. Pick up at Lao Cai Station then transfer to Sapa.. Have breakfast before the trip starts. Drive to Y Linh Ho and start treeking downhill to Muong Hoa Valley through rice paddies and small hamlets to learn the life of hill tribes here. Communication exchange with local people in Lao Chai village. Cook & have lunch at local family, continuing trekking through villages and rice terraced fields to Ta Van village settled by Dzay ethnic. which is supposed to be the most beautiful one in the area. Diner and overnight with a local family in Ta Van. Overnight at homestay of the Dzay people.

Farewelling the local family we continue to visit the Red Dao people at Giang Ta Chai where we also see a waterfall. The Red Dao women have very colourful red embroideries and coins on their clothing. On their head they wear a red scarf. Some of the women have shaved off their eyebrows because of a nice Red Zao legend. We continue along small paths in the rice fields, cross the Muong Hoa River, Supension Bridge and walk up to Supan where you will meet the jeep transfer back to Sapa. Check in the hotel and have lunch at the local restaurant. Free for leisure - shopping and visit Sapa town in the afternoon. Dinner on guests account. Overnight at your chosen hotel in Sapa
Day 3: Trek to Cat Cat village, back to Lao Cai – Overnight on train( B/L/_)
Breakfast at the hotel then We embark on a lovely walking tour to the hill tribe villages of Cat Cat, home to the H'mong hill tribes minority people. As we walk to the villages nestled in the valley below Sapa trekking, we will meet some of the local minority people on their way and share cultural experiences with the families that live in the area. Jeep back to Sapa. Check out the hotel. Have lunch at the local restaunt. Afternoon, Free to visit sapa town and go shopping. Dinner on guests account. Transfer to Lao Cai for overnight train back to Ha noi. Overnight in an air-conditioned soft sleeper cabin.
