Sapa trekking tours: Travel Y Linh Ho Seo mi ty Den Thang Ta Trung Ho Ban Sai Nam Toong Thanh Phu (4days)

Travel this 3-day trekking tour, you will hike to such villages as y linh ho village, seo mi ty village, den thang village, ta trung ho village, Nam tong village, nam toong village, thanh phu village. The tour starts and ends up in Sapa town (hanoi – laocai train tickets are separately provided by Lotussia Travel). Enjoy spectacular landscapes of the Hoang Lien mountain range and Hoang Lien national park; Unique culture, custom and way of living of the Hmong, Zao, Tay ethnics with two nights home stay in tribal villages for local life experiences. This is a hard trek tour for customers with over average strength and mobile ability plus some trekking practice or experience. The trekking trail is tough at some parts with 2 stream crossings on day 2 which may cause danger after heavy rain. This trip can be organized the whole year around. Itinerary:

Day  1: Hanoi – Sapa

 Overnight train to Sapa.

Day 2: Sapa – Y Linh Ho – Seo Mi Ty

08.30: You will be met up at your hotel in Sapa with Lotussia Travel team. Leaving Sapa, we travel southwards along the paved road for 3 km and then turn right to a dirt path. We go downhill until we reach the Muong Hoa River. Enjoy magnificent view of the Hoang Lien mountain range and Sapa Valley.
We cross the river by a suspension bridge, then we trek uphill along narrow village path for nearly 2 hours through Y Linh Ho and onto Lao Hang Chai Village of the Black H’mong. We stop by and visit several small & isolated hamlets along the way.

Lunch will be provided en route.

After lunch, we continue our hike on a narrower & tougher trail going through thick rain forest of the Hoang Lien nature reserve. Wild and rich nature! We arrive the Seo Mi Ty Village in late afternoon. We may have time to visit of this remote village before dark.

Check into a local house for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Seo Mi Ty – Den Thang – Ta Trung Ho

After breakfast, we will leave Seo Mi Ty village and begin the hike with an easy walk. After about 20 minutes walk, the gets tougher. We trek downhill through thick rain forest to Den Thang village, isolately located  in a remote valley. We visit this village then have lunch.

After lunch, we leave Seo Mi Ty village. We trek on a small trail that continuously goes up and downhill through the wildest land of Sapa. After about 4 hours trek, we will arrive the Ta Trung Ho Village of the Red Zao.

We may have time to visit the village before checking into a local village houser for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Ta Trung Ho - Nam Toong – Thanh Phu Bridge - Sapa

After breakfast, we will leave the Ta Trung Ho village following a narrow dirt trail which winds its way on steep mountain sides.

We hike through narrow sharp passages amidst mountains and forest for the whole morning to Nam Toong where we will have a short visit before lunch.
In the afternoon, our trek becomes easier as the path gets larger. We hike downhill through a large valley to Thanh Phu Commune. Visit some local houses of the Tay ethnic who live in stilt houses and very good at organizing their life.

We will be picked up by our vehicle at Thanh Phu Bridge and transferred back to Ha noi. End trip.

Trek Sapa hilltribe village treks: Hiking Ban Lech Muong Bo Sin Chai Nam Sai Nam Toong Thanh Phu (2 days)

The overnight Sapa trek takes you to such remote hilltribe villages as Ban Lech village, Muong Bo village, Sin Chai A village, Sin Chai B village, Nam Sai village, Nam toong village, Thanh Phu village. You meet up with different ethnic groups such as the Xa Pho, the H’mong, the Dzao. Begin the two-day hiking tour with a car transfer from Sapa town to Thanh Kim commune where you start your outdoor adventure. The trip gets through the non touristic area and is suitable for almost every customers with average strength and mobile ability. Itinerary:

Day 1: Sapa – Ban Lech – Muong Bo – Sin Chai B (L,D)

08.00 am: You will be met up with Lotussia Travel team at your hotel in Sapa and transferred southwards to Ban Lech Dao in Thanh Kim Commune.

We trek for about 2 hours from Ban Lech village to Muong Bo River on a narrow trail. We mostly walk downhill through terraced rice paddies. We cross the river by a bridge, then we trek uphill for another hour to Muong Bo Village of the Tay.

We walk for half hour to explore the village of the Tay featured with spacious stilt houses.

Lunch break for an hour in a local house.

In the afternoon, we trek on a large path for about one hour and a half to Nam Cum Village of the Red Zao, isolated hiding in a remote valley. Half an hour walk around the village and get acquaintance with villagers.

Continue trekking along the Suoi Thau Valley for 1 more hour to Sin Chai B Village. Check in the home-stay for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Sin Chai B – Nam Sai – Nam Tong – Thanh Phu Bridge – Sapa (B,L)

After breakfast, we leave Sin Chai B at about 08.30. We trek on the village path for about two hours, mostly downhill to Nam Sai Valley. Visit this village of the Tay and then continue along the same path 1 more hour to My Son.

Lunch and short walk around this village of the Xa Pho.

Cross the river to other bank and trek along a narrow trail uphill for nearly 2 hours to Nam Toong Village of the Red Zao. Explore this village, paying visiting for ½ hour before descending to Thanh Phu Bridge where we will be picked up again by our vehicle and transferred back to trek Sapa.
